Wallet Neuropathy Or Wallet Sciatica | 90 % Men Do It Wrong | Physoadvis...

Wallet Neuropathy is compression of the sciatic nerve that is caused by certain structural spinal conditions.

Sciatic neuropathies result from nerve compression and injury in the gluteal region. Sciatic neuropathy in the gluteal region is caused by sitting on a thick wallet.

Because of the close anatomical structure between the nerve and the hip joint, nerve compression can result from one nerve.

The problem starts when the sciatic nerve which is behind your hip joint, gets compressed between the wallet and your hip. It may cause pain that starts from the hip, but sometimes pain in the whole leg with numbness and tingling sensation. Sitting on a wallet for prolonged hours every day can cause sciatica compression.
